業務内容
候補者の適性に応じ、以下いずれか、または複数のミッションを担当します。
・新規事業の立ち上げ（アイデア検証、事業化判断、予算検討、事業パートナー確保）
・量産・拡大フェーズに向けた営業組織や再現性あるモデル構築
・既存事業の成長に向けた組織マネジメントや業務フロー設計
・採用・チームビルディングなど事業安定化に必要な基盤づくり
・主要KPIの設計と推進
・事業部のプロジェクトマネジメント（業務・IT問わず）
