Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept through to completion.
- Oversee the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems in various building types.
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contributing to business development and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Review and approve designs, drawings, and calculations.
- Drive innovation by proposing and implementing cutting-edge electrical engineering solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Expertise in electrical design for commercial, institutional, and/or healthcare facilities.
- Proficiency with industry software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other electrical design tools.
- Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA, and other relevant standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
