Salary: Up to $120,000 DOE
Summary:
A top-tier commercial builder is looking to add an Estimator who can take ownership of estimates from concept to completion. This role offers strong autonomy and the opportunity to work on meaningful projects while collaborating closely with operations leadership.

Responsibilities:
Prepare complete estimates with minimal oversight
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs across all trades
Develop estimates for both subcontracted and self-performed work
Analyze historical costs and apply production rates effectively
Assemble bid packages for GCCM projects
Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and owners
Support preconstruction efforts including constructability reviews
Qualifications:
Proven experience running full-cycle estimates independently
Strong background in self-perform work (required)
Deep understanding of production rates and cost modeling
Experience with GCCM and bid package development
Preconstruction experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
