Location: Nationwide (Hybrid)
Our client seeking an experienced Lead System Engineer to join its growing electrical engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex power system projects that support critical infrastructure across water, wastewater, industrial, transportation, and federal markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery of power system engineering and analysis projects.
- Perform and oversee studies involving electrical distribution systems, low-medium-voltage infrastructure, protective relaying, and system reliability.
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor to engineers across multidisciplinary project teams.
- Support project planning, design reviews, troubleshooting, and construction-phase services.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop innovative engineering solutions.
- Contribute to business development efforts and help expand power systems capabilities across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Strong experience with power system studies and electrical infrastructure design.
- Experience leading engineering projects and mentoring technical teams.
- Knowledge of applicable industry standards, codes, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
