Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with the successful execution of commercial plumbing projects from award through closeout.
Coordinate project schedules, materials, subcontractors, and field personnel.
Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
Support procurement activities and vendor communication.
Maintain project documentation and ensure timely reporting.
Collaborate with superintendents, foremen, and clients to keep projects on schedule.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What We're Looking For
Experience in commercial plumbing construction, either in project coordination, assistant project management, estimating, or field operations.
Understanding of commercial plumbing systems and construction processes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
A motivated, team-oriented mindset with a desire to develop into a Project Manager position.
