Location: Concord, CA (Onsite, 5 days a week with flexible hours when necessary)
Salary: $110,000 - $160,000
About Our Client:
Our client is a dynamic and growing company with a team including engineers, surveyors, drafters, and union employees. Their projects span residential, commercial, and institutional sectors, with an environmental arm as well. They offer planning, design, survey mapping, construction staking, and utility mapping services.
Current Need:
Our client is seeking a Civil Land Engineer with an EIT or PE certification and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience and all necessary certifications and licenses in place.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage civil land engineering projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, and specifications.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
Qualifications:
EIT or PE certification.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
