We're working with a growing contractor seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing commercial and industrial electrical construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle
* Developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls
* Coordinating with field leadership to ensure projects are executed safely and efficiently
* Managing contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, general contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
* Monitoring project financial performance and profitability
* Supporting procurement efforts to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
* Identifying and resolving project challenges before they impact schedule or budget
* Leading project meetings and providing regular updates to leadership and clients
We're looking for professionals with:
* 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience
* Experience working for an electrical subcontractor
* Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical construction projects
* Experience managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and contract administration
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills
* Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, or similar platforms
