We're working with a top electrical contractor seeking a Travelling Senior Project Manager to oversee high profile commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, and data center projects throughout the country. This is an opportunity to join a growing organization with a strong project pipeline and take ownership of complex projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading large scale electrical construction projects from award through completion
* Managing project teams across multiple job sites and geographic locations
* Overseeing budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and project execution
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients, general contractors, and key stakeholders
* Managing contracts, change orders, risk assessments, and project financials
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
* Supporting field leadership and driving operational excellence across all projects
* Mentoring and developing Project Managers, Project Engineers, and future leaders
We're looking for professionals with:
* 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience
* Proven success managing projects with electrical scopes exceeding $20M
* Experience within commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, mission critical, or data center environments
* A willingness and ability to travel extensively based on project needs
* Strong leadership, communication, financial management, and problem solving skills
* A track record of successfully delivering complex projects across multiple locations
