We're partnering with a leading electrical contractor seeking a Travelling Senior Superintendent to oversee major commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, and data center projects nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on leader who thrives in fast paced environments and enjoys seeing projects through from mobilization to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading all field operations on large scale electrical construction projects
* Managing Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel across multiple projects
* Driving project schedules and coordinating activities with project management teams
* Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
* Overseeing workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and labor productivity
* Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and material deliveries
* Conducting site walks, progress meetings, and safety reviews
* Building strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and project stakeholders
* Identifying and resolving field challenges before they impact project schedules
* Supporting the successful delivery of projects from startup through turnover
We're looking for professionals with:
* 10+ years of electrical construction experience
* 5+ years in a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent leadership role
* Experience managing large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, mission critical, or data center projects
* Proven ability to lead large field teams and complex project schedules
* Strong understanding of electrical construction means and methods
* Ability and willingness to travel extensively based on project requirements
