A global energy consultancy is seeking a strategic Account Sales Director to lead business development efforts across North America, committed to reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions, making a positive impact on the environment. Role Summary
Reporting to the Business Development Director, the Account Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales strategy, managing key accounts, and expanding the client base. The role requires a strong focus on delivering sales targets and supporting long-term business sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives in targeted sectors across North America.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet revenue goals and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large multi-site industrial clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align resources with strategic objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years in a senior sales or business development role within consultancy services.
- Proven success working with clients in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences sectors.
- Strong experience in tendering, negotiating, and closing deals.
