This firm is looking to grow their structures team with a Senior Bridge Design Engineer in Buffalo, New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the bridge engineering department, guiding project strategy and execution.
- Lead efforts in quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Drive business development initiatives and client engagement

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is a plus
- PE license is preferred; additional certifications preferred
- 10+ years of experience in bridge engineering with significant project management experience
- Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and develop client relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills
- Established reputation in the industry with active participation in relevant professional organizations
