Site Safety Manager
This position supports a high-performance team focused on delivering world-class supercomputing experiences to clients across AI, government, and enterprise sectors. The team is small, driven, and committed to excellence in customer service, aiming not only to secure new business but also to foster long-term relationships and referrals.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the tactical point of contact for contractor safety program support.
- Assist in defining and communicating contractor safety roles and responsibilities across construction sites, collaborating with project managers, WHS, operations engineering, and other stakeholders.
- Support legal and procurement teams in maintaining up-to-date safety requirements in contracts.
- Oversee daily execution of the safety audit program, including coordination with third-party audit providers and documentation compliance.
- Develop and distribute WHS audit scorecards.
- Assist project managers in responding to serious incidents and near misses.
- Conduct ad-hoc site visits for observations, support, and other site-based activities.
- Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly KPI reports and safety records.
- Support training and processes related to contract oversight from a safety perspective.
- Collaborate with WHS and launch managers to provide field support.
- Contribute to the development of WHS Construction Safety Management and Contract Risk Management standards.
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends.
- Prepare regular business updates for leadership teams.
- Help project managers build and maintain strong WHS relationships with developers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
- Travel nationally up to 50% of the time.
About You
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and presenting results to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in strategic program ownership and leadership communication.
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
