The Role
- Lead the delivery of water and wastewater projects from concept to completion
- Oversee design, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance
- Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact

Requirements
- 7+ years experience in water/wastewater engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) (Texas or ability to obtain)
- Proven background in project management and technical delivery
- Strong communication and client-facing experience
