About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Account/Project Manager with a strong background in sales and project management to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who can build client relationships, drive revenue, and oversee the successful delivery of corporate events from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
- Drive new business and account growth through proactive outreach and upselling event services.
- Manage end-to-end event projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, technical) to deliver flawless events.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
- Oversee on-site event execution and maintain client satisfaction.
- Track KPIs and report on project and revenue performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and project management within the corporate events or live event industry.
- Strong negotiation and business development skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network or book of business in the events industry.
- Familiarity with AV and production processes.
- Degree in Event Management, Business, or related field.
