Electrical Superintendent | Multifamily Construction | Horseshoe Bay, TX
An established electrical contractor with over $60M of secured backlog is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead the electrical scope of a 182-unit ground-up multifamily development in Horseshoe Bay, TX.
This is an opportunity to join a growing team with a strong pipeline of work across Central Texas, taking ownership of a high-profile project from construction through completion.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all electrical field operations on a 182-unit ground-up multifamily project
* Lead and manage electrical crews, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
* Coordinate daily with the General Contractor, ownership team, inspectors, and other trade partners
* Develop manpower plans and monitor labor productivity throughout the project lifecycle
* Manage project schedules, material deliveries, inspections, and project milestones
* Ensure all work complies with NEC requirements, project specifications, and safety standards
* Resolve field challenges, coordinate solutions, and maintain project momentum
* Serve as the primary field-facing representative of the electrical contractor
Requirements
* 7+ years of electrical construction experience
* Previous Superintendent or Lead Foreman experience on large multifamily, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, or comparable projects
* Proven experience running crews on projects of similar scale (150+ units)
* Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
* Experience coordinating directly with General Contractors, owners, and field stakeholders
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, scheduling, safety, and quality control
* OSHA 30 preferred
