Position Summary
We're seeking a skilled SCADA Engineer to join our growing team dedicated to deploying intelligent control and automation systems across state-of-the-art data centers nationwide. If you bring advanced Ignition SCADA experience and thrive in dynamic environments, this is your chance to lead innovations at the backbone of digital infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy SCADA systems-primarily using Inductive Automation's Ignition platform
Integrate building systems such as HVAC, electrical, fire/life safety, and access control with industrial automation frameworks
Support programming of PLCs, HMIs, and communication networks (Modbus, BACnet, OPC, etc.)
Conduct on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of automation architectures
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and data center operators to ensure performance and scalability
Author documentation, training materials, and support handoffs to operations teams
Qualifications
3+ years of SCADA engineering experience, including hands-on work with Ignition
Solid knowledge of data center environments and critical infrastructure systems
Strong grasp of control protocols, automation hardware, and industrial networking
Willingness to travel up to 50% nationwide; remainder remote or office-based
