About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Program and commission Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Develop and modify graphics for system interfaces
- Install and configure field devices, controllers, and networks
- Troubleshoot system, network, and controls issues on site
- Support project delivery from installation through handover
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and end clients
- Ensure systems meet design intent and operational requirements
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of industry experience in Building Automation or Controls
- Strong Tridium (Niagara) experience (N4 preferred)
- Proven background in programming and commissioning
- Experience creating and editing BAS graphics
- Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
- Experience working within:
- Schools / Education facilities
- Hospitals / Healthcare
- Laboratories / Life Sciences
Nice to Have
- Experience with multiple BAS platforms (e.g. Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Schneider)
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, sequences of operation, and networking protocols
- Ability to read and interpret control drawings and specifications
