A fast-growing engineering and technology solutions provider is looking to hire a Business Development Executive to support continued expansion across the Texas market.
This role sits within a well-established team delivering automation, control systems, and digital solutions to industrial clients. The business has strong backing, a collaborative culture, and a solid reputation for delivering complex projects across multiple verticals.
What you'll be doing:
- Driving new business across industrial sectors (manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, etc.)
- Building and developing relationships with key decision makers (engineering, operations, leadership)
- Identifying and qualifying new opportunities for automation and digital solutions
- Working closely with technical teams to shape tailored proposals
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to contract award

- Experience in business development or technical sales within automation, controls, or industrial technology
- Strong understanding of control systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS or similar)
- Proven ability to win new business and grow accounts
- Comfortable engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders
