About the Role
As CTO, you'll be responsible for building and scaling the company's AI capabilities from the ground up. This includes developing robust systems, processes, and platforms that integrate seamlessly with tools like Revit, and enhance workflows across building design, documentation, and automation.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI is not just a buzzword-but a strategic enabler that drives real-world outcomes in the built environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's AI and technology roadmap
- Build scalable systems and infrastructure to support AI-driven workflows
- Lead the integration of AI with BIM tools (e.g., Revit) and design automation platforms
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to align tech strategy with business goals
- Establish best practices in software development, data governance, and system architecture
- Build and mentor a high-performing technology team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of AI, etc.)
- Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in technical or engineering environments
- Experience with BIM tools (especially Revit) and their role in building design workflows
- Background in industries such as technology, engineering, science, or automation
- Ability to scale systems and teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
- Strategic thinker with hands-on technical depth
