Civil Engineer
We are currently working closely with a mid-sized engineering consultancy who due to recent project success are expanding their team and looking for a highly skileld and motivated civil engiener with a strong proficiency in 12d to join the dynamic team in Melbourne or Darwin. This role will focus on the design and delivery of infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, sewer, and water systems for urban development and public works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document civil infrastructure using 12d Model and AutoCAD.
- Prepare engineering reports, feasibility studies, and servicing strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of tenders, proposals, and project documentation.
- Monitor project performance against budgets and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to relevant Australian standards and local authority guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 3-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure or land development.
- Proficient in 12d Model and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of stormwater drainage, road design, sewer, and water infrastructure.
- Familiarity with local council and water authority requirements in Victoria.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Local authority accreditation (desirable but not essential).
