Civil Engineering Team Leader

An established, employee owned engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Team Leader to help drive growth in the Iowa market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineering professionals
  • Oversee municipal and/or private site development projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support business development, proposals, and market growth initiatives
  • Provide technical guidance, quality control, and project oversight
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • PE license (or ability to obtain)
  • 8+ years of civil engineering experience
  • Background in project management, client management, and business development
  • Experience across municipal infrastructure, land development, water resources, transportation, or related disciplines
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
