Civil Engineering Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineering professionals
- Oversee municipal and/or private site development projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support business development, proposals, and market growth initiatives
- Provide technical guidance, quality control, and project oversight
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- PE license (or ability to obtain)
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience
- Background in project management, client management, and business development
- Experience across municipal infrastructure, land development, water resources, transportation, or related disciplines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
