Client Executive / Principal K-12
A nationally respected architecture firm with a strong legacy in educational design is seeking a Client Executive to lead strategic growth and client engagement across its California offices.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationship development.
- Oversee project delivery and team performance, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the firm's strategic planning and operational goals, leveraging corporate resources to drive success.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify new opportunities and expand the client base.
- Lead staffing projections, recruitment efforts, and mentorship programs to strengthen team capabilities.
- Represent the firm in executive meetings, major presentations, and industry conferences.
- Monitor project processes and implement best practices for efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect in California (required).
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including 10+ years managing teams and complex projects.
- Proven background in K-12 and/or higher education design.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of project management, client relations, and operational oversight.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $142,000 - $213,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
