A global industrial technology company is seeking a Commercial Director to lead and accelerate business growth in the Japan market. This is a senior commercial leadership role with strong regional and global exposure, responsible for driving revenue, strengthening customer relationships, and leading commercial strategy in a matrix organization.
- Lead overall commercial strategy and sales execution for the Japan business
- Drive sustainable revenue growth across products, components, and aftermarket services
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Build, coach, and inspire high-performing commercial teams
- Senior-level commercial or sales leadership experience in B2B industrial/manufacturing businesses
- Proven track record of leading business growth in the Japan market
- Experience working in global or matrix organizations
- Business-level English communication skills (email, meetings, discussions)
- Components, aftermarket, or industrial solutions business models
- Multinational industrial companies
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments
