Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Position Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead and manage high-value commercial construction projects exceeding $20 million. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, execution, and delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and logistics plans.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
Lead project meetings, manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Monitor project performance and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Provide leadership to project teams and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years managing projects over $20M.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with large-scale commercial, institutional, or mixed-use developments.
Familiarity with Cleveland-area subcontractors and permitting processes.
LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable construction practices is a plus.
