Role Overview
LVI Associates is seeking a Director to lead our clients Litigation Support and Valuation Advisory Services team. This individual will oversee a wide range of complex engagements, including business valuations, forensic investigations, and litigation support across various legal contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage valuation and litigation support engagements, including expert witness testimony
- Develop and maintain strong client and referral relationships
- Provide strategic insights and financial clarity throughout all phases of litigation and advisory projects
- Supervise and mentor a team of professionals, fostering growth and excellence
- Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
- Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Professional designation preferred: CPA, ASA, ABV, CVA, CFA, CFE, or CFF
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 8+ years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated expertise in litigation support, valuation, and forensic accounting
- Experience providing expert witness testimony in commercial or matrimonial litigation
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a commitment to leveraging technology for efficiency
