Job Title: Director, Project Management Office (PMO)
 Location: Singapore 
Role Summary
The Director of PMO will oversee the regional Project Management Office across Asia, acting as the central point for coordinating all data center development initiatives. This strategic leadership role ensures governance, alignment across functions, and timely execution throughout the entire project lifecycle-from initial planning to operational handover. The role requires fostering collaboration among diverse teams to achieve shared objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies to ensure consistent execution, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Align and coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., M&A, Design, Construction, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal) for seamless collaboration.
- Lead full-cycle project delivery, ensuring operational readiness and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Facilitate structured communication and decision-making across internal departments and external partners.
- Track project timelines, proactively manage risks, and ensure milestones are met.
- Provide clear, strategic updates to senior leadership for visibility and decision-making.
- Continuously enhance project workflows, tools, and documentation for improved efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee external vendors and contractors to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Ensure smooth transitions between project phases with proper documentation and handovers.
- Support budget monitoring and cost control throughout project execution.
- Champion project governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across regional operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in project or construction management, with regional exposure.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale data center or infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and risk management capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
- Willingness to travel across Asia and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment.
