Electrical Supervisor - Community Solar Projects
We're a growing renewable‑energy EPC contractor building community solar projects across the Northeast, and we're looking for an Electrical Supervisor to help lead field operations. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and guiding crews on projects that actually make a difference, this could be the right role for you.
What You'll Do
- Lead electrical crews on ground‑mount solar sites
- Oversee DC/AC wiring, equipment installation, and inspections
- Keep work on schedule while maintaining top‑tier safety and quality
- Coordinate with site management, engineering, and subcontractors
- Support troubleshooting and commissioning activities
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in electrical construction (solar is a bonus)
- Experience leading crews or supervising field work
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and drawings
- Great communicator who can keep teams aligned and motivated
- Comfortable traveling to job sites around the Northeast
