Engineering Coordinator / PM - Renewable Substations
Our client is a US based renewable energy firm with a portfolio that spans solar, wind, energy storage, substations, and EV charging infrastructure, the company has contributed to the design and development of more than 18 gigawatts of renewable energy projects across the globe. Known for its innovative approach and deep technical expertise, the firm partners with EPCs and developers to deliver end-to-end engineering solutions-from feasibility studies and conceptual design to detailed engineering and construction support. Headquartered on the West Coast, it continues to drive progress in sustainable infrastructure and environmental compliance.
Ideal candidate will be based in California or PT.
Summary or role:
- Facilitate project workflows on assigned projects and ensuring work is produced efficiently and in alignment with client scope and expectations.
- Receive project information or requests from external sources (e.g. client, utility, vendors) and distribute to appropriate internal contacts.
- Identify appropriate actions that need to be taken in response to information received and proactively communicate objectives and deadlines.
- Maintain project records and document control in alignment with existing standards/norms with an eye towards risk management.
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in similar role with coordination.
- Previous substation or transmission experience a plus (willing to consider experience from the A/E/C industry as well)
- Detail oriented and enjoys working with different people & stakeholders
