Environmental Seller/Doer
We're partnering with a nationally recognized environmental consulting firm to find a high-impact Seller/Doer to join their growing Chicago office.This is a strategic opportunity for a principal-level environmental consultant who thrives on building client relationships while delivering high-quality technical solutions. You'll lead business development efforts, manage key accounts, and oversee complex environmental projects across industrial, commercial, and real estate sectors.
What You'll Do:
- Leverage your existing client relationships to drive new business and expand market presence in the Midwest.
- Lead and manage environmental site assessments, remediation, due diligence, and compliance projects.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and project managers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting with a proven track record of business development.
- Strong technical background in site investigation, remediation, or environmental compliance.
- Existing book of business and deep client relationships in the Midwest.
- PE, PG, or CHMM preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
