Field Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced industrial water treatment Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support, maintenance, and consulting services for customer operations. This role involves working directly with clients to ensure optimal system performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality service.

This position requires regular local travel.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers to ensure optimal system performance
  • Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and systems
  • Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions in the field
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Deliver training and support to end users as needed
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and additional business needs
  • Document service activities, findings, and recommendations in internal systems
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work materials in good condition
  • Manage inventory and supplies required for service delivery
  • Follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
  • Meet performance targets related to service delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Valid driver's license

Experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support roles
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or process-related systems preferred
