Forensic / Restoration Engineer
Forensic Engineer (Structural) - Fully Remote (Detroit Region)
Location: Fully Remote (Detroit, MI / Midwest Region)
Job Type: Full-Time
Travel: Regional travel required (no further than 3 hours)
About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, multidisciplinary engineering and consulting platform with a strong national and expanding global presence.
The organization has scaled significantly in recent years-growing from approximately 1,500 employees in 2021 to over 5,000+ today-with continued plans to add ~1,000 employees annually.
Growth has been driven through the acquisition of high-quality engineering firms, with a unique approach that:
- Preserves each firm's culture, brand, and technical specialism
- Retains leadership teams who remain actively involved post-acquisition
- Combines entrepreneurial environments with the backing of significant capital and shared resources
Leadership is made up largely of engineers-turned-business leaders, many of whom have:
- Spent their careers progressing internally, or
- Built and sold successful firms, choosing to stay and grow within the larger platform
This creates a highly engaged, stable leadership group focused on long-term success.
