Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for developing new business, achieving monthly and annual sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role also manages select existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new opportunities. The position typically reports to a Sales Manager or General Manager.

  • Develop and implement targeted business development plans
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and client presentations
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and execution
  • Participate in bid reviews and project discussions
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage pipeline activity
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasting
  • Monitor progress against targets and adjust plans accordingly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Attend client meetings, sales meetings, and company updates as required
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support business objectives
