About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Ignition Programmer to join our team and support projects in the data center industry. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation solutions for mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Ignition SCADA systems for data center operations.
- Integrate Ignition with PLCs, databases, and other industrial systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Ignition applications for performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data center environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Inductive Automation Ignition platform.
- Strong understanding of SCADA systems, industrial automation, and data center processes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, SQL) within Ignition.
- Familiarity with networking, OPC-UA, and industrial protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data center automation or critical infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and integration.
- Certifications in Ignition or related automation technologies.
