Position Overview
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will lead project planning, coordination, and execution from concept through completion. You'll manage client relationships, oversee project teams, and ensure that deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules
  • Oversee preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff
  • Support business development and proposal efforts as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required or in active pursuit
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project)
