About the Role:

We are seeking a Land Development Project Manager to oversee and drive land development projects from concept through completion. This is a leadership position with a clear path to equity ownership, ideal for someone with technical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for building communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of land development projects across multiple sectors.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, planners, surveyors, contractors, and local agencies.
  • Conduct due diligence, feasibility studies, and site assessments.
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Represent the firm in client meetings, public forums, and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in land development or civil engineering project management.
  • Strong background in site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.
  • Familiarity with Florida development codes, environmental regulations, and agency processes.
  • PE license in Florida (or ability to obtain) strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
