We're looking for a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to lead complex surveying projects across Massachusetts and Maine. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional who thrives on precision, leadership, and collaboration.
As a Project Manager - Survey, you'll oversee projects from proposal through delivery, working closely with clients, field crews, and technical teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage land surveying projects, budgets, and timelines
- Serve as the primary client liaison and project lead
- Supervise field crews and ensure high-quality data collection
- Coordinate CAD workflows and data processing
- Conduct QA/QC reviews of deliverables
- Mentor junior staff and foster team development
Qualifications
- Active PLS license in MA and/or ME (or ability to obtain reciprocity)
- 6+ years of land surveying experience, including project management
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, Carlson, and modern survey instruments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
