Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in water/wastewater master planning, with proven leadership in large-scale municipal projects.
    • Strong background in program management and project delivery.
    • Experience in business development and client engagement under a seller-doer model.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with hydraulic modeling, drainage calculations, and water resource planning.
  • Leadership: Ability to mentor and grow a team while driving strategic initiatives.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of regional dynamics and competitive landscape in Texas water infrastructure.
