Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Experience:
- 10+ years in water/wastewater master planning, with proven leadership in large-scale municipal projects.
- Strong background in program management and project delivery.
- Experience in business development and client engagement under a seller-doer model.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with hydraulic modeling, drainage calculations, and water resource planning.
- Leadership: Ability to mentor and grow a team while driving strategic initiatives.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of regional dynamics and competitive landscape in Texas water infrastructure.
