MEP Construction Manager

They're seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead and oversee execution of construction projects.

Position Summary

As a Construction Manager, you'll oversee all construction activities from beginning (project conception) to end (closeout & commissioning). You'll collaborate with multiple trades, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure the project is completed on time and to a high standard. You'll also be handling vendors, billing, P&L & forecasting. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background and a passion for building high-performing teams and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Oversee project financials: forecasts, costs, billing, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and progress meetings.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve technical and logistical challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Mentor and support field supervisors and trade leads

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing MEP projects
• Strong background in HVAC systems, industrial piping, and mechanical installations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
