Salary: $120,00 - $170,000

Summary

A company specializing in water treatment chemicals is seeking an experienced and motivated District Sales Manager to lead the New England Territory. This role focuses on driving sales and providing technical support for water treatment solutions, including boiler, cooling, and wastewater systems, within commercial and institutional markets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in water treatment sales, a willingness to work hands-on with clients to solve technical challenges, and an ability to lead and train new hires in the territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to promote water treatment products and services.
  • Deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Provide on-site service and support in alignment with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records including service reports, forecasts, and sales documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of direct water treatment or chemical sales experience.
  • Experience working with chemicals, production, sanitation, or quality teams in industrial, commercial, and/or institutional settings.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
