Travel: 75-100% domestic; relocation possible
Salary: $100,000-$160,000

About the Role
A leading construction and infrastructure firm is seeking an experienced Owner's Representative to manage mission-critical construction projects. This remote role oversees the full project lifecycle-from planning to closeout-while serving as the primary liaison between the owner and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Coordinate contractors, design teams, and engineers
- Manage RFPs, bids, contracts, and site activities
- Oversee financials, including budgets, change orders, and billing
- Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Mentor junior staff and support process improvements
- Provide daily reporting and support contract administration
Requirements
- 5+ years in mission-critical or technical construction project management
- B.A./B.S. in engineering or construction (or 2 additional years of relevant experience)
- Strong knowledge of MOPs, DC/AC systems, and data center construction
- Proficient in MS Office and Procore; strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage $1M+ projects and lead teams
- Comfortable with AI tools and emerging tech
- Willing to travel extensively and work non-traditional hours as needed
Physical & Travel Requirements
- Frequent movement through job sites; occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Must be able to travel 75-100% and work on-site M-F
- REAL ID or passport required for air travel (effective May 7, 2025)
- Potential for international assignments and relocation
