What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate design and documentation across all phases
- Partner with principals, consultants, and clients to deliver exceptional work
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and technical detailing
- Support construction administration while maintaining design integrity
What We're Looking For
- 7-15 years of professional architecture experience
- Strong Revit skills (other design tools a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Collaborative mindset and problem-solving approach
- Licensure preferred, but not required
