With a strong reputation for excellence, innovation, and safety, they specialize in mission-critical environments-particularly hyperscale data centers for some of the world's most prominent tech companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project specifications.
- Provide leadership to project engineers, foremen, and field staff.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in mechanical contracting, preferably with data center or mission-critical projects.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, fast-track construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
