Project Manager - KL/JB
Overview
A leading data centre infrastructure and engineering solutions provider is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of mission-critical projects across Singapore and the wider region.
This role focuses on working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and technical specialists, ensuring seamless coordination across the full project lifecycle, from design and build through to commissioning and delivery.
You will play a key role in driving successful project outcomes by overseeing planning, execution, scheduling, and risk management, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, reliability, and operational performance within high-availability environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and update project plans to meet evolving requirements
- Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved
- Manage project schedules, including tracking progress and maintaining documentation
- Oversee daily project operations and ensure alignment with scope and goals
- Apply structured project management practices to drive efficiency and consistency
- Coordinate project meetings, communications, and stakeholder engagement
- Identify and manage risks, including planning and executing mitigation strategies
- Support invoicing processes, including tracking progress claims and ensuring timely billing
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date project records and documentation
- Manage contractual matters and support the team with any related issues
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management or related roles in M&E in the Data Centre Industry
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and sound judgement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
