Responsibilities:

  • Maintains ongoing communication with both clients and internal leadership to keep all parties informed on progress and key project developments.
  • Oversees project financials, including forecasting, tracking of costs and revenue, and handling scope adjustments and documentation as needed.
  • Engages in regular coordination meetings with cross-functional teams to support project planning and resolve any execution challenges.
  • Works closely with internal and external contributors to align project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Prepares and reviews financial summaries and related documentation to support strategic decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assigns tasks to junior team members and provides guidance, feedback, and mentorship to support professional development and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a project-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading small teams and coordinating group efforts effectively.
  • Skilled in navigating agreements and facilitating discussions with vendors, partners, or stakeholders.
  • Strong communication abilities across written, verbal, and presentation formats.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking within project settings.
  • Well-versed in project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple phases.
  • Previous experience overseeing third-party contributors or external vendors.
  • Proficient with industry-relevant software tools, including design platforms, business systems, and spreadsheets.
