What You'll Do:
- Lead the design and project management of land development initiatives, including commercial and residential projects.
- Oversee permitting processes for water, sewer, grading, erosion control, and storm drainage.
- Manage client relationships, project teams, budgets, timelines, and reporting.
- Conduct evaluations, prepare reports and proposals, produce design drawings, and submit permits.
- Guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- PE license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain quickly via reciprocity).
- 6+ years of proven experience in land development.
- Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a collaborative mindset.
