Your Role & Impact

As an Electrical Project Manager, you'll take ownership of electrical construction projects from early planning through final turnover. Based in Richardson, TX, you'll align field and office operations, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, plan execution strategies, and ensure every project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to spec.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed electrical construction schedules
  • Leading kickoff meetings and establishing execution plans
  • Managing procurement, permitting, material releases, and vendor agreements
  • Tracking costs, production, and financial performance throughout the project
  • Managing submittals, RFIs, invoices, and all project documentation
  • Conducting on‑site reviews to ensure safety and code compliance
  • Overseeing commissioning, documentation, and project close‑out
  • Coaching and guiding project engineers and junior team members

What You Bring to the Table

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated success managing electrical construction projects end‑to‑end
  • Strong familiarity with NEC code, permitting processes, and electrical construction practices
  • Skilled in project management tools (Procore, ConEst, Bluebeam, Excel)
  • PMP or related certifications are a plus
  • Ability to read electrical drawings, respond to RFIs, and support field execution
  • Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and negotiation skills
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and building long-term client relationships
  • Ability to mentor and grow project teams
