What You'll Do
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll play a key leadership role in:
- Designing and overseeing electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, UPS, renewable energy, and low-voltage systems
- Managing projects from concept through construction, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction
- Leading internal teams and mentoring junior engineers
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver integrated, high-performance solutions
- Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Massachusetts PE license (required)
- 8+ years of experience in MEP consulting engineering
- Strong background in electrical infrastructure design and energy systems
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with project and team management
- Familiarity with sectors such as healthcare, higher education, K-12, and commercial buildings
