The Energy Engineer - Senior will be responsible for...

Support commissioning and retro-commissioning projects and decarbonization assessments across multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, institutional, and community buildings
Conduct energy audits, feasibility studies, and develop retrofit strategies to reduce energy costs and carbon emissions
Perform functional testing of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to verify performance and identify optimization opportunities
Assist in developing commissioning plans, testing procedures, and technical reports for new and existing buildings
Evaluate construction documents and recommend improvements to indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and operational performance
Develop technical solutions focused on electrification, heat pump technologies, and high-performance systems
Manage and deliver multiple projects through stakeholder communication and coordination
Support and mentor junior team members
Deliver technical training and presentations to internal and external stakeholders

The Energy Engineer - Senior should have the following...

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline
5+ years of experience working with HVAC systems in large multifamily or commercial buildings
Experience with commissioning, retro-commissioning, energy audits, and decarbonization planning
Hands-on experience with performance testing of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Ability to perform energy analysis, feasibility studies, and consumption optimization
Experience managing projects and working with clients and cross-functional teams
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of high-performance and low-carbon technologies
