This role sits within a growing environmental consulting firm focused on site investigation and remediation projects across developer, industrial, and brownfield sites. The position offers a clear path into leadership, in a hands-on role combining technical delivery, client engagement, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute environmental site investigation and remediation projects from initial assessment through design and implementation
- Provide technical oversight for Phase II investigations, remedial strategies, and field execution across soil and groundwater impacts
- Support and mentor junior staff while contributing to overall project delivery and team development
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients across developer, industrial, and brownfield projects
- Collaborate with leadership to support growth and expansion of the environmental service line
- Prepare and review technical reports, remedial designs, and regulatory documentation
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in environmental consulting with a strong focus on site investigation and remediation
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
- Experience leading projects or guiding junior staff
- Strong technical expertise in soil and groundwater contamination, remedial design, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience supporting developer, industrial, and/or brownfield clients
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage both clients and internal teams
