The Role:
We are seeking a Senior / Principal Environmental Designer to lead sustainability strategies on complex projects. This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver cutting-edge environmental solutions that meet global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead environmental design strategies for large-scale projects.
- Conduct energy modeling, daylight analysis, and carbon reduction assessments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability principles.
- Advise clients on green building certifications and compliance.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Degree in environmental engineering, architecture, or related field.
- 6-10+ years of experience in sustainability consulting or environmental design.
- Proficiency in tools such as IES VE, Rhino, Grasshopper, and energy modeling software.
- Strong knowledge of green building certifications (LEED, WELL, BREEAM).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
